Weekend Craft Goal

I'm going to be working on two Albums this long weekend.
I'm not sure if I will list them at the same time or not (I don't want to compete with myself)
I'll will most likely list one on Monday September 4, 2012
and the next one maybe on Thursday.
Again that's not for sure.  I'll let you know.

What's been Going On

There is so much to tell:

First, I was invited to join "the Paper Hen House" - a group of talented scrapbook artist who sell on ebay. The list includes Scrapbook layouts, albums, cards and individual paper piecing - now whenever you're in ebay just type in "TPHH" in the search to see all listing for this awesome group of designers.

“The Paper Hen House” also hosts "Fabulous Friday" every Friday.  Check out ebay.com for fantastic deals on items from this group. (Just type in "Fabulous Friday" in the ebay.com search)

Last Friday (August 24, 2012) was my first "Fabulous Friday".

That brings me to my second thing I want to tell you: I now have my listings on the right hand side of the blog.
The "Fabulous Friday" auction ends later tonight.
and
Sunshine Mini album sold on Sunday.

Side Story: I was watching my listing for the "Fabulous Friday"(which got a bid within 24 hours.) and was telling my husband I think it will be the only bid (thank you notes/tags is a hard category to be in there is lots of stuff under that heading so it kinda gets lost in there) and he says "I hope so"...... WHAT! who are you cheering for anyway. He says "Well you of course, but she must really want it if she bid on it right away, and she will probably really appreciate them.".... well, what do you say to that?!

Third thing – did you notice the new banner? Is starting to look better in here, hey.

Fourth thing – I now have a Facebook page.





 I would say this is probably the best place to keep up to date with my new Mini Albums up for auction, see what I’m working on next and my “Fabulous Friday” listings

"Sunshine" Mini Album

Paper: My Minds Eye "Sunshine"

Cover: Hard Cover 5 3/4"x7 3/4"

Pages: 12 - 5"x7"(not including inside covers)

Many pages have pockets and flip-out/up pages

There is lots of space to put photos and journaling on the pages as well as there are 23 removable photo mats for 4"x6" photos. All mats are patterned papered on one side and the other side has a kraft paper mat to give your photos more dimension. (Kraft mats have been corner slotted for you to slip you photos into)

 

A perfect way to get your photo's off your hard drives and out of the back of the closet and into your mini album for you and others to enjoy for years to come.

The cover has 5 die cut flowers (I used Tim Holtz "Tattered Flowers"). The closure is a wooden button with magnet. The binding has been distressed to give it a more vintage look.

The yellow flower at the top of the flip up is also a photo mat (I forgot to pull it out for the photo). Guess it just goes to show there are lots of hidden jems in this album. (shown in photo bellow)

Oh. There is another hidden jem. The black and white tab on the right is another photo mat. (shown picture bellow)

"sunshine" Mini Album

O.K. Almost finished the book. I have a few final tags and then onto YouTube, and then available on eBay. I took a quick pic in my studio ( okay it's not really a "studio", much to my hubbies shagrin I craft on the kitchen table, the kitchen counter the living room table, ect.. I feel like my creative juices flow better in open spaces rather than the designated craft room)
